Sales=Fair, Service=Poor,
Brought my truck in with obvious steering problems, the mechanic spent an hour and a half looking at it then claimed that there was nothing wrong with it. Spent three minutes in the parking lot under my truck showing him the problems, he finally admitted that there were problems. Don't know if he was just incompetent or lying, doesn't really matter, I won't be back. Because of this I'm now having to fight to get my extended warranty to pay for the repairs. 23 Aug 2002
