Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
I called on an advertisement on a '02 Grand Caravan. The salesman described a great van that was green. I made an appointment to see the car the next day. I showed up and the salesman was gone. The other people, including the manager "couldn't find" the green van. They even put the advertisement number in their computer and couldn't locate it. I asked how it was possible to lose a van and the salesman said, oh, well, sometimes salespeople take the vans home. Some got fired for that." When the manager was trying to locate the original salesman I talked to, he told me: "Boy, I couldn't understand him because his cell phone had static."
They told me other vans were coming in on Monday. I said, "can I have one for the same price? They answered that they would "work with me." The same ad for the green van was in the paper on Monday. I called anonymously and was told that van sold on Saturday. Monday afternoon, I called my salesman and asked if he found the green van and he said NO. He also told me again that some salespeople got fired this morning. Very strange. I told him that I called earlier and was told the green van was sold and he said that couldn't have happened. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and this dealership was cited two years ago for selling 7 cars in a month to an Alzheimers patient. I will NEVER work with them!!
These people have made me so wary of EVER working with a dealership to buy a used car. I will go to an auction or a private party.

Was told they had a RAM 2500 4x4 on the lot, and to come test drive it, I turned out to be a Dakota 2x4 and the salesperson said, "You mean this isn't a 3/4 ton?"
