Originally took Ford Thunderbird there. Did not get fixed. Moved up to 300m. They did not know what a TSB was when I asked about it. Could not Duplicate noise. Fixed elsewhere. Tried to buy my new Jeep there. They said they did not have one, could not get one, there were none in the Area, would cost $1000 extra to get it in from farther away. (Found 2 30 miles away, got a great deal.) Tried to buy a work truck used. Nothing they had was right but they spent 45 minutes telling me I did not really need 3:73 or 4:10 gears the 3:31 would do everything I need...and a 150 will do everything a 250 will do. Had a warranty problem with Jeep radio, they did not know how to address. Got replaced at other dealer. I drive 60 miles to service mine rather than take there. No one works there more than a year or two.

We had service work done on our truck. Went in with a small electrical problem and left with a headache. It took them over 45 days to fix all the problems. I believe that they had no clue on how to fix it and it only mushroomed. In the end, we have traded off the vehicle. We were scared of it after all the problems they caused to it. We would never buy or use them for warranty work. We love Dodge trucks but after having the electrical system gone thru and lights still don't work right here or there and seatbelt light comes on now and then, we really loved our last truck. We now have a new one with a good warranty!!!

I bought my car there but did not deal much with the sales rep. I knew exactly what I wanted and how much it was advertised for. I had the cash in hand so I didn't have to haggle with the guy. I was a little set off by my persistence yet he got the job done. The service department is amazing!! I would recommend it to everyone. They have a very friendly staff and are very quick to get the job done!!

  I told the Salesman I wanted a 5-speed, V-10, RAM 2500 He said he didn't have anything like that on the lot. All his trucks had Automatic Transmissions, and rather than offer to ORDER me one, He said I was looking for a "Morphidite Truck".
