Went back to look at the new trucks, my salesman (from 01) no longer works there. I watch the service department like a hawk. The problem lies between the service desk and the techs, I have always been happy with the quality of work. I'm just not sure the info gets to the shop floor.
The parts department has always been willing to find stuff for me no matter how vague I can be.

I paid just 275 dollars over invoice. Kevin Beaudoin (sales) was pretty awesome. Please do a little research on the internet before buying, it really pays off. Read all about buying vehicles at www.carbuyingtips.com. I have no complaints (so far) about this dealership. I think the service was great. I don't normally like car dealers but this one was pretty fair. they even hooked me up with an additional $500 internet rebate a day before I found out about it (Dodge posted it a day after I brought the vehicle home). They already re-did the contract before I called about it. I recommend them to anyone. These guys were great!!! w00t w00t!
