Sales=Don't Know, Service=Don't Know, Our experience with this dealership started off well. Went in for some warranty work to be done, was told there would be no problem. Some of the things needing attention would not be covered by the warranty and we paid out $600.00 ...One week later, had problems again, took it back and after they had it overnight and I had called the next day to see if it was done, the answer was that the pickup didn't show any signs of trouble and that after they looked up our warr. and looked at the mileage, we would owe them $2600+ for the other work and pay for the work it was in for at this time. We had purchased an extended warr. of 3 years, by the way the salesperson in Eugene neglected to tell us 3 years OR 36000 miles...We were 7500+ over the allotted mileage on the warr. We had NO idea of this part of the clause or I would have taken it in before. We told them that since they neglected to check the warr. First off that they were at fault, and being fairly good people w! e would take part of it because we DID NOT know of the 3600 mile stipulation. They ate a part of the costs put out on the work and parts, but still want us to pay $725.00. We did not have the cash and it is expected cash on delivery, they did allow me to sign a promissory note to make payments, which I appreciated but still don't believe we should pay since They did not do the homework in the first place. I am really upset with the people who are also taking our $100 a month on top of our regular p.u. payment for the warr. when they are Not going to honor it, and they are going to take that money until Sept. of this year. They should have used that for paying the bill. I love my p.u.,but definitely not happy with how things have gone, when we expected one thing and got another. Dave Vader, the assistant manager was very good and we liked him as a person, Gary Clark was good to us also in helping..but guy's, we got you again...I signed the note to make payments, you once again did not look at the contract, I am not on it and should not have signed anything. It should be null and void and you could go to court for releasing the vehicle to anyone not on the contract. Don't worry, we will make the payment we promised to make, because we have integrity. We are going to look into how we can get satisfaction from someone though. As far as another person's comment about Amy, Amy if you see someone you are not happy to see, make sure they are not in earshot when you talk about them. It is rude, unprofessional, unladylike, just flat mean. I did hear you, I was still pleasant.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid, Had the misfortune of dealing with AMY. She had UNAUTHORIZED work done on my car. Was under warranty and stated would do ONLY WARRANTY work. Bill should have been 50.00 plus fluid levels........was 245.00!!!!! I have made 7 attempts to contact shop manager/division manager. Check has been cashed!! Right before Christmas. Amy had a "diagnostic test" run on air conditioner. Imagine...........then lied and lied. Her error my cost. If you are forced to deal with this shop GET IT IN WRITING AND SIGNED!! I was told "bottom line" pay if you want the car. MERRY CHRISTMAS........ have to wonder if they work on commission.......... don't buy from them and you don't have to deal with them later...............find another dealer.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor, Very inept, When told I was unhappy about the amount of time they had my truck 10 1/2 hrs for a 1 1/2 hr repair job. All I got was a we are short staffed. What a lousy answer. When I told the Service Manager that was his problem. All I got was a blank stare. Wont even take my truck back for warranty work Will drive some 65 miles to another city to have future work performed.
