I've never been jerked around like that before in my life. They were unrealistic, purposely foreget what they would tell you, played lots of games, insulting. Avoid entire used car sale dept. and most of all avoid Al and Mitch sales managment and there boys lefty, Glenn. I overheard them all talking about myself and one other party thinking our lives including our family small wealth is funny and lets stick it to them them attitude and "if they come back well ask for even more" ha! ha! ha! Upper management needs to take a hard look at whole dept. Is reeming people for fun the only issue. Go to Grants Pass instead. There Lithia will treat you with dignity and respect. Very nice people. See Joe Dinkowitz. I purchased my 1999 Mini Van today in just three hours. I spent six visits in Medford and was absolutly disgusted. Lithia, do you know who and where your good managment teams are? Do you Care. Watch your stock Mr. and Ms. investor.
