I just bought a new 2005 Grand Caravan at this dealership today. The sales staff was professional, friendly and courteous. They respected my time and did not waste it. They were honest and forthright. When the time came to sign the papers, there were no hidden charges and no surprises. Of course, they offered many add-ons (service contract, anti-theft program, etc.) but that is their job, to sell. They offered but were not pushy or aggressive. I traded in a vehicle that I bought at Gary Barbera 7 years ago. I described that purchase (on this website) as the most unpleasant purchasing experience of my life. Today's purchase at Bergey's ranks right up there near the best. In fact, they are the ones who have been servicing the prior Gary Barbera purchase for the last 7 years. Their service department is a good match to their sales department. I highly recommend this dealership for both service and sales.

Purchased a new 2004 Jeep Cherokee special edition. Was $1,400 higher for the trade in, and $880 less for the vehicle. Waited all the time necessary for the wife to "feel okay with it". No pressure, and personable, humorous staff. After decision to buy, vehicle was available next day looking great! 1/2 hour and 20 signatures later and we are on the road.

The dealer service staff are interested in doing the right thing for the customer. I was loosing freon and after they placed die in the system they could not find a leak. They told me to run my AC for a week and return so they could again check it. Still no leak was found. They thought the leak may be in the dash and told me to run the AC and capture the condenser water on a white piece of paper. That would confirm if the leak was in the dash before I spent $1000 dollars for repairs. To date, no leaks have yet to be discovered.

All in all, I can’t complain about the service at Bergey’s. The only negative thing was the mechanic forgot to reinstall the upper radiator hose. Luckily I was within 1 mile from home and did not lose coolant because operating temp was not reached. My transmission was surging in O/D and it took 3 tries before they were able to find the problem. I have to give them credit. They did not give up on me and stayed with me until the problem was solved. I can recommend Bergey’s Doge without reservations.
