Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent, bought there=No,
These guys are great, super quick service, Joe my service writer gave an estimate
and stuck to it, and called me when it when it was done, I didn't have to keep
calling and checking up... I have found a new home for all my service!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid,
I bought a car from them had some problems brought it back they put used parts
on without my permission and tried to tell me that they were new, when I proved
that they used old parts they told me that it was normal to use used parts when
fixing warranty repairs. BS I would never buy a car from them again

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
Went for inspection on a new car, since I bought it outside the emissions area.
Customer Service called to survey how satisfied I was; I said I personally thought
I should have been able to get an exemption sticker. They followed up with County
Emissions official, who agreed. Since the rules were somewhat fuzzy, we agreed
that my next oil change would be free (a good compromise for them, since this
is less than half the price of the inspection). Then when I went for the oil
change, they claimed to know nothing about it - weren't even willing to look
into it. I didn't buy the car from them because they were charging $2000 over
sticker for PT Cruisers and I didn't trust that they could actually get me one.
However, I had planned on bringing all my service to them since they're so close.
Apparently they're not interested in my future business. A good dealer would
have been very friendly and accommodating on that first visit, throw in a discount
to get my loyalty, and honor their agreements. As I was waiting for the oil
change, I was amazed at all the ripping off they were doing to the others waiting
for service. They'd come out and say all kinds of major things were wrong (bent
motor mounts, tires, brakes; for hundreds of dollars, and then nickel and dime
on things like failing inspections for wipers($35!) and bulbs($15!). Just the
way they described the problems I could tell they were bogus; and the customers
were clueless and sheepishly agreed to pay. I wouldn't take my car back there
again just based on what I heard - I don't trust them at all.
