Sale but no service had vehicle back for transmission problems basically said
I was crazy until they were able to duplicate only to tell me there is no fix
for the problem. Its as thought they say hey you bought it too bad its yours
now.
Not one week after purchase and they wouldn't even negotiate with us to trade
up with out taking a big loss.
Ill never buy another dodge as long as I live. Its not the product its the service..............
its sucks.

I found out from my wife that our sales representative was making a pass at
her and even asked her to meet him for a drink. Then I complained to the G.M.
who said, "are you sure your wife didn't provoke the incident"? When I brought
vehicle in for service, it took a week to get it back with no work performed
on it. I am writing the manufacturer demanding recourse immediately. I have
never been more furious with an organization as Charrap's.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
Brought our car for brake service three times within a year of purchase! On
the third try, they fixed the brakes--only after the warranty expired. After
the first visit, they claimed the grinding and squealing was fixed. It wasn't.
After the second repair job, they actually stated that they could do nothing
about the problem and "that was just the way this car was made." On the third
visit, with our warranty no longer good, they charged us $425 and the problem
was fixed. I discovered they placed cheap brake pads on our car during the first
and second repair job. On the third repair job, they placed premium brake pads
on the car, and replaced the rotors( They never said the rotors were a problem
to begin with). In a nutshell, they fixed the problem only when they could be
paid in full for it. Awfully suspicious!!!
