Took my Durango in for inspection,oil change,rough idle problem. Took two days to perform service. Claimed nothing wrong with idle. Returned @3000 mile for oil change,routine service,rough idle problem. They performed service,claimed no problem with idle. Returned for 30,000 mile service in which service book said new spark plugs and tune up. They performed work. The tech report read engine missfiring, rough, replaced spark plugs and tune up. Bill came in over 300 dollars. I believe I was had. Took Durango back to meet with foreman of service dept. He tells me that this is normal and everything is with in Chrysler spec. Each time I took the Durango in for work it took more than a day or two to do the work. Put your self in my place, how would you feel having this done to yourself. After all this is a brand new vehicle. Durango still has rough idle, and now is starting to stall.

I've leased 3 Caravans there. I've sent over a dozen people there who all bought or leased a vehicle. I was told by the sales manager to bring my caravan back in 3 years rather then the 5 year term of the lease and they would work a deal on a new lease because I keep my vehicles in mint condition. I was there twice since and didn't come close to the promise or the monthly payment I need. They lost a great customer and a super referral person. Don't ever lie, especially to a good customer because they won't forget it!

They stand behind their trucks and cars. My family has purchased 2 trucks and 4 cars at this dealership. They ALWAYS beat the lowest price we got elsewhere.  I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and I admit I can be hard to please.
