My wife ended up buying a Durango from David Cherry. The first time she was
there I came in and blew it up. She came back 3 days later and you still sold
her one. WE CANNOT AFFORD THIS! I realize that the main problem is with my wife's
lack of fiscal responsibility. However, do you guys even do credit checks anymore?
She just started working again after a year off after quitting her previous
job. Her credit score cannot be that good. Yet you approved the purchase with
her financing over 30K. You saw her coming, no doubt. Needless to say I will
personally never have anything to do with this dealership, no matter how good
the service.

The customer service department asks the client to walk around the corner to
confirm with parts that parts are on hand. Then the parts guy sends you back
to the CS desk to schedule service. Why wouldn't CS call back to parts? I had
my inspection done last week, needed rear brakes, drove out of the dealer and
a citizen flagged me down and told me every time I hit the breaks sparks would
fly. I turned around went back and sure enough the brakes were put on wrong.
During the inspection I needed rotors turned and now a permanent groove is in
my rotor due improper brakes installed. I go to the dealership so that I can
avoid Mickey Mouse type service. When I go to the dealer I pay high prices,
expecting high craftsmanship. I don't mind the high cost if I get good stuff.
I could go down to Pep Boys if I want to see sparks.

Bought several vehicles at CVM always great service DURING & AFTER the sale.
Competent & Very knowledgeable Sales staff, I got a super deal on a SUPER Dodge
Diesel truck, and they were able to answer all my stupid questions. I would
recommend them to my Mother!
