I wanted to post here to let people know that they should be careful when posting
bad comments on a message board. First off make sure you have the right dealership.
With all of the D'Ambrosio stores I know this can be confusing. The one posting
listed Anthony D'Ambrosio of Elverson as having a salesmen by the name of Bruce
Schmoyer. We have never employed someone by that name. I'm assuming it must
be from one of Jeff D'Ambrosio's stores (It was, and I moved it to the correct
dealership - Dave F). Make sure you know what dealerships you are bad mouthing
before posting. We take great pride in the excellent service we provide.

They like to give the run around, lots of small talk and if your a woman FORGET
IT..They sold a car out from underneath me to someone who had more down money
then I did..I overheard a convo with one salesman to another customer, encouraging
her to put more money down on the car then I did, As I was leaving I seen the
woman and her husband in the lot and asked what car she was interested in, and
when I found out I told her I was interested in the same car..she informed me
she knew this already because her sales person told her what I was putting down
as a down payment and that she should put down more then I did if she really
wanted the car!!!!! (We were both financing the balance) This was on a Friday
night, I filled out the paper work for financing and was told I would be notified
on Monday if I was accepted, I called Monday, Tuesday and then on Wednesday
I finally went to the dealership and was told the car was sold that night (Friday)!!!!
The very least they could have done was call and tell me instead of leaving
me hanging the way they did !
Do not think all women are push overs.. When you treat us like idiots, we take
our business elsewhere!!!

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
My salesman had no knowledge of the truck he was selling me, I found it quite
disturbing that I knew more about the truck than he did. I think he took it
for granted that I was 19 years old and purchasing a $36,000 truck, and decided
to make some harsh remarks behind my back, which I actually heard. I was lied
to about my delivery date and status of my order on several occasions. Don't
even mention the service dept. Because of them, I choose to be "MY OWN WARRANTY
STATION". My salesman was fired after Daimler Chrysler read my complaint
form after getting my new truck. Apparently my salesman was informed of who
complained about the bad service and he decided to call me at home and make
threats. I immediately went down and openly made my point about the salesman
calling me at home. Very bad experience and would not even recommend my worst
enemy going there for service/repairs.

provides
some of the best service I've seen at a dealership. Every department,
be it parts, service, or sales, is quick and competent.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
I bought 2001 had about 4,000 I had a throttle body gasket go into the plates
which stuck wot. I made it home, a little nervous, by keying on and off and
neutral. They fixed it at my expense. They said someone could have taken air
cleaner off. I told them never to my knowledge. I believe it happened at the
factory or somewhere else as the only thing that was performed was an oil change
by me. I called Chrysler customer service only to get more psss they would not
give me the warranty manager over this dealer. But!!! the dealer did give his
name. I then called Chrysler and dialed a wrong ext # and they then gave me
the operator. I stated that I wanted to talk to this person, she then looked
it up in her directory and presto, the warranty manager in Philadelphia. I called
him, still to no avail. I told him that I will report this to the national traffic
safety admin. He stated to go ahead. I said the next thing is court. It will
cost Chrysler a lot more in recall then to honor your own warranty. More to
come.
