Bought new 1999 Ram Diesel. Sales dept. was very good, saved several thousand
dollars. Have only had to do inspections and recalls. Service is pretty good,
inspections are free with the etown dodge plate on the front. Etown Dodge would
be the first place I would look for another truck.

December 2002 - My husband and I had been looking at new minivans to purchase.
Went to the Dodge dealership to look around and get pricing information. They
had NO cars in their cavernous sales department. When I inquired about the lack
of cars inside (where it was warm and dry), the salesperson said "Nope,
no cars in here, don't know when there will be." Duh!!! And why should
I waste my time going back there? What idiots.
A few months after my disappointing visit to Etown Dodge, salesman Rey Garcia
at Jones Honda sold us a 2003 Honda which we LOVE!!!

We started having transmission trouble at 26000 miles. This is our 3rd trip
to the dealer for service in 3 weeks. No one calls us to let us know what they've
found and when we call they are always "out on a test drive", sometimes
for over two hours. Now THAT'S a test drive. The one time we had it up they
had it for 3 days and did nothing because when they test drove it they couldn't
find anything wrong. But, no one called us. I called the 3rd day to find out
if it was done only to be told I had to come up and drive it for them . It made
the grinding noise when I drove it. They put friction modifier in the transmission
and sent it home. Less than 50 miles later the check systems light was back
on and it was still grinding. Now for the 3rd trip they told us it would be
done Thursday. Thursday came and went with no call from the dealer. I called
Friday morning and it's still not done and won't be done until Monday. When
I asked why no one called and told us the service rep answered " I don't
know." And when I asked to talk to the service manager I was told he was
out on a test drive. When he called me back over 2 1/2 hrs later I was out on
an errand. He left a message that I could call him back. He would be there until
5:00. I called back at 3:00 and was told he was out on a test drive. Now how's
that for service?

I had purchased a vehicle from a different dodge dealership "Brenners". I had
this vehicle into Brenners service department too many times to count. I had
made a appointment with E-town dodge, taken the truck there and I was very,
very pleased in the service department. My truck was as clean as it was when
I dropped it off. NO crease on the steering wheel. The service department seems
to be very knowledgeable. I would go there again if I ever needed to. It is
a little further for me to drive but it is sure worth it!!!

The salesman was very friendly and courteous. I was treated fairly and got a
good deal on my new vehicle. Everyone was very nice and easy transaction when
picking up the vehicle. Follow up phone call a few days later was nice. Definitely
would buy another vehicle there.

I got about $4000.00 better deal then anybody else offered. Service is great.
They work on a lot of Diesel's and know what they are doing.
