A big Thumbs up to Forrer Dodge in Duncannon, Pa. I had an 8 am appointment this morning to have my lift pump problem looked at. I met with the service manager at 8 am, we went over what I have been seeing with the erratic lift pump pressures and discussed my fuel pressure gauge installation and how I have been monitoring pressures for the past year. At 8:14 he pulled it into his shop and at 8:55 I was back on the road with a new pump and the hood latch recall done and 16 lbs of fuel pressure! They treated me with nothing but the highest respect. And I didn't even buy my truck from them! They will get my business from here out. First time in my life that I left a dealer after service work with a smile on my face!

If anyone is looking for a great Dodge dealer to do business I highly recommend Forrer Dodge in Duncannon PA. This is a small family owned and run business that treats people the way they should be treated. The service department is also excellent. I know a lot of guys don't like to take their trucks to the dealer because of the hassles and run around that they receive but I have NEVER run into that with these folks. Just though some of you might want to know about them.
