All set up to purchase a new Mazda from Gary Miller, one sales man very helpful,
the rest of organization are thieves! I put $1,000.00 down on the vehicle, about
2 days later, I changed my mind and decided to purchase a vehicle elsewhere.
I informed the dealership of my situation. I told them to void the check which
I put the down payment on. They told me it would be no problem, that it would
be taken care of (dumb on my part to not get it personally). Well, about two
weeks later, there's $1,000.00 missing from my account. I knew what it was right
away. I contacted the dealership and told them what had happened. They fed me
so much b.s., i couldn't believe it! Finally, after it had to come down to me
threatening to take them to court, I got my money back. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE
EVER HAD!!!!!

Brent and the guys at Gary Miller Dodge are a great bunch of guys. I've bought
2 vehicles and leased 2 vehicles from them.They are always professional and
courteous. Service is outstanding.They really do all they can to help you get
in,get out and on your way. Very pleased and will return.

Purchased a 01 Dakota from said dealership back in 4/04. Had so many problems
(in service 7 times) that even after 7500mi and 6 mo., they bought vehicle back
and got me into something else.
We're on our 2nd lease with another vehicle (03 Caravan) from them. They've
treated us right from the beginning.
We will continue to do our business at Gary Miller Dodge in Erie, Pa.

I had previously purchased a vehicle from them, the sales process was long and
complicated. They consistently changed everything that was occurring. I decided
never to do business with them again. A few years later I moved to a different
part of the US and purchased a new Isuzu. After returning home I learned they
were the only service department authorized to do warranty repairs in Erie.
The service managers constantly attempted to charge me for warranty work. It
wasn't until I called the Isuzu corp. office that the "warranty" charges
were waived. Then they miraculously found other things on the truck that needed
to be fixed. Things that had never given me a problem before. Each time something
had to be fixed, it wasn't under warranty, that is until I called corporate.
I expressed my disappointment to the service manager, and only got a blank stare.
He knew I couldn't take the truck anywhere else. Then, the final straw. With
35 miles left on the warranty, the engine blew. I know that wasn't their fault.
The service manager told me to drive it a few more weeks and bring it back if
I continued to have problems. I refused to move the truck until a technician
looked at it. The mechanic stated the motor was shot and it should not be driven.
The service manager was trying to get the engine out of warranty. Then he fought
me on the warranty stating the wouldn't fix it unless I could prove the last
three years of servicing. I am glad I had every receipt. I will buy another
Dodge, but like my last one, I will buy it from Hume's Chrysler, ten miles away.
Avoid this place like the plague, or you will pay.
