Our truck broke down 80 miles from home on a busy turnpike road. Our Chrysler service contract towed our truck to the nearest dodge dealer. This happened on a Saturday night, so we were unable to talk with the dealer until Monday morning.
First thing Monday morning I called Hahn & Son about my truck, the service manager was very nice and let me know when they would be able to look at my truck. We were going on vacation that week, so I told them I would check in every few days to see what was going on.
They were able to get to my truck on Friday of that week which in my opinion was great, being that it was towed there on an emergency basis with out prior arrangements.
After they found out the extent of the damage and the repair and parts needed, they worked with my service contract and got the parts ordered on a timely basis.
Once the parts were in , they repaired my truck within a few days!
The service department was always informative and friendly. And in my opinion did an excellent job in repairing my truck in that emergency situation!
I would highly recommend them to any one that ask about them and would even consider driving the 80 miles to buy my next Dodge from them!

great salesperson and bend-over-backward service department. a real comfortable deal no push to buy, very informative, with instructions for use of vehicle. Bought an 02 Durango. Could not be more pleased. The parts department manager really does a good job too.
