This dealership has always treated me with respect and great customer service. I have drove many of their cars, new and used, and have found them to meet my expectations. They have a great service department that is really helpful and accommodating. I have dealt with Jeff many times and will continue to go back.

I had service performed on a Dodge Durango twice within a 5 month period. The same part would fail, and the parts department promised a refund thru warranty for service (approximately 180 dollars). The refund has been promised to come but after two months of asking still has not been paid.

Get your best truck price, then call and ask for Danny Boyce and tell him to beat it.
Service is OK, but I do anything except warrantee myself. They do work on a lot of diesel trucks.

Drove 40 minutes to the dealer to buy a SRT4. We were on the lot and in the showroom for 45 minutes, and could not be helped by anyone. The salesmen were either too busy on their cell phones, talking to one another, or outside smoking. Was inside looking at orange blast SRT4 on the showroom floor, and not one person would help me, and there were only 2 other customers in the entire place. They couldn't pay me to drive one of their cars. Must be why they have so many SRT4's in stock. Some even have paperwork on the seats saying "take to storage lot". Get your sales people off their lazy a** and cell phones and sell some cars.

The "professional' staff at D'Ambrosio Dodge is pathetic. They will hound you until you sign on the dotted line and then avoid you like you are nonexistent. These people have no morals. Horrible horrible service.
Avoid them like the plague.

stay away from (Pen),!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took me Two days to buy Truck, all he did was talk about Fishing, and how great he is. all I wanted to do is buy a truck! Not hear his life story!!!!!!!!!!!!. Service is great

Avoid this dealership and especially Sales manager Penn. Purchased $35,000 Dodge Ram truck. Picked it up and Penn only had 1 key. He said the detail person took it with him and they would get it for me. They could not locate the factory key and cut another key on their machine that look like a monkey with a hacksaw cut it. Their response to my questioning about the factory key and who has it was "they owe me 2 keys and I got 2 keys". What if my truck ends up missing? Somebody has a key to my truck. In addition, the truck did not come with a skid plate for the fuel tank as promised. Penn ordered 2 of them, 1 for me and one for my business partner (we bought 2 trucks). They were on backorder for months. I got a card from parts department saying the skidplates were in. I called to confirm 2 skidplates and they had them. Upon bringing both trucks in for service and to have the skidplates put on, the service manager informs me that they only had one skidplate and put it on my partners truck. If I wanted one, I would have to pay for it and they would order it. But wait, I already had one ordered and it came in. The response was I had to talk to Penn. Never, I mean never do business with this Dealership!

The salesman Bruce Schmoyer was good. But it took HOURS to do the paper work. It was a cash deal, no trade. We actually went out to get lunch it took so long. But I would return except for the POOR service dept. They do not honor their appointments and please, just ignore their advertisements... they are made up. When we ordered parts, two counter people made us wait 15 minutes while they discussed their weekend. When I interrupted them they walked in back to finish their discussion before taking the 2 minutes to retrieve the box (the part was prepaid). When I took the car in for an oil change (with an appt.) I was told I'd have to "leave it" for a couple of hours... I did. I called to see if it was done they said it was and I still had to wait there for 45 minutes to get it. When I complained I was told there was no manager available. When I wrote they called once and then were never available when I returned the call (several times) I have heard that they fired a bunch of people in the service and parts dept. because of complaints. Maybe it's better now?
