I love Jeff DAambrosio Dodge in Frazer PA. I have been treated so kind
there. They are always helping with my vehicle. I wish there were more dealers
like them.

Mike at the parts counter is an asset to the location. he knows his stuff. Service
is ok, the last time we had a vehicle serviced there they didn't detail the
car, which around the area they promote ( car cleaned with every service visit
only at Jeffs)

Brought my 1999 Durango (w/60k) in for service Front Diff. gear oil change &
Diagnose a Tranny problem (jumps out of drive on wot down shift (3-2) sometimes).
First the Oil change on the diff. Don't know how they did it but the service
tech. disconnected the steering control arm & somehow messed up my front
end alignment. Best is that the Service Manager stated that the oil change on
the diff. would not effect the alignment. Next the tranny problem, first the
tech could find anything wrong (still under Warranty). Then I find that my OBDII
port is broken the connector is hanging down under the dash. Bastards! The excuse
I get is "It's was already like that & some times when you bump the
port it breaks" Well who broke it, was my question, no excuses after that
except they cannot fix it's apart of the wiring harness. A!*holes!
Love the Durango, hate this dealer's service department! Should not of moved!

My name is Mike Stoddard and I am the service manager at Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge
of Frazer. I found your site after a customer with a 99 Durango came in with
a TSB he had printed out. I decided to visit your web site and was surprised
to see our dealership listed as "avoid at all costs". I was greatly
distressed by this as myself, my technicians and my advisors all take great
pride in our outstanding relationship with our customers. I do not remember
having dealt with anyone with this concern, but would certainly like to hear
both sides of the story. The only day we have 2 techs on is Saturday, when we
our open from 8 to 12, and it usually fills fast. If the person had shown up
without an appointment on a Saturday, it would be plausible that they were told
they could not service the vehicle at that day. I also am confused by the cost
of $240.00 to repair a fluid leak on a 2002 vehicle, which I would assume to
still be under warranty. The only reason anyone would quote a customer a price
would be if the vehicle was out of warranty or had physical damage. Let me finish
by saying we appreciate all comments by customers-good, bad, and ugly. Its the
only way we know if we're doing it right-and in this case for whatever reason
we did not.

bought 2002 dodge ram to take it home with tapping in the engine. Service said
he hears nothing. I also have a gear oil leak which they said would cost 240
dollars to fix. i brought the truck into get repaired and he said he wouldn't
be able to fix it that day because he only had two guys on. these guys wait
until your warranty is up. Dodge is the worst vehicle anyone can ever buy and
the people that sell them are next in line. if any one wants a quality american
made truck buy a GMC!!!! i learned my lesson the hard way.
