Ordered 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 from John Howard Waynesburg, PA. Waited over 2 months for vehicle. Put 900 very easy miles on truck when transmission troubles began. Took vehicle to John Howard twice and was told, "Dear, three quarter tons make noise and drive differently than half tons." I've been driving a truck of some sort for over 30 years. My father and my two brothers are mechanics. I have learned what doesn't sound right or function properly. Took vehicle to Kingwood Dodge in Kingwood WV and entire 5 speed manual transmission had to be replaced. There have been several malfunctions with this truck that have been expertly and timely repaired by Kingwood Dodge. They respect the fact that I do know what I'm talking about even though I'm a woman. I will never buy from John Howard again. I have purchased my last six vehicles there. If I'm not mistaken, management changed hands just before I ordered this truck. Sure isn't what it used to be, that's for sure, whether it changed hands or not.
With all these problems, I can still say HEMI. <smile> We've all loved them since the Charger.

Sales=Fair, Service=Good,
Poor communication between sales and fiancé. Seemed to be "done with you" when the vehicle arrives. Did not provide "numbers" regarding financing when requested on numerous occasions. Windshield of vehicle very smudged inside when received. Fair to good deal provided and willing to work with you on "dealing." We have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership and this last deal was our only deal with ANY complaint whatsoever. Sad to see it's somewhat changed from our previous experiences. Overall, very good dealership....just keep after them.
