Sales=Excellent, Service=Poor, Parts=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=No,
I purchased a 2006 Dodge Durango in January 2007. It had 16,900 miles. I started hearing a loud noise from my front wheel. I called for service and requested a loaner and was denied. They gave me one in the past. I told them I worked 30 miles away and they will not take me on the courtesy shuttle to work. Their service sucks!!
Do not ever buy a car from Knopf!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know,
I've owned a few Chrysler Corp vehicles in the past but never dealt with this particular dealer. While looking for a new truck to replace a lemon 2002 Nissan Frontier, I found a 2002 Ram 1500 Quad cab at Knopf on the lot. Like many people, I dread the thought of having to deal with sales people but this dealer was definitely above the rest. The salesperson was up front with me and the deal was closed quickly with a minimum of pricing "mistakes". And I've never dealt with a dealership who finished the paperwork so quickly. No pressure to buy upgrades on anything, just a casual mention as to what was available. A most pleasant buying experience and I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new Dodge vehicle in the suburban Philadelphia area.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
Knopf Dodge is one of the few dealerships in the Philadelphia area with a 5 Star Rating that actually deserves its 5 Star Rating. They had all of their vehicles window stickers available on the www.4adodge.com website making it easy to understand exactly what was available on each vehicle and the MSRP. I e-mailed one of the salesman about a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 ST Short Bed Quad Cab that I saw on the website. He answered my questions early the next morning and even gave me an excellent price for the truck. I used the www.edmunds.com site to analyze what was an acceptable price to pay for the truck. Knopf Dodge's price was just under the fair market value. After so many less than honest experiences with salesman I was very skeptical about the information. But I decided to stop by and see for myself. I was able to check out the truck before a salesman approached me. The dealer tag was set at $19,900. The price that the salesman e-mailed me was $18,600. I absolutely loved the truck. It had everything that I wanted and chrome wheels. I met the sales manager. The salesman I had e-mailed had to leave early so I did not have the chance to meet him. The sales manager did not know who I was so he told me that the price was $19,900. I told him who I was and to my surprise the sales manager had an associate find a copy of the e-mail. He read the e-mail and told me that indeed they would honor the price that I had agreed to with the other salesman. I certainly was surprised that he dropped the price to $18,600 solely based on an e-mail without prior visits on my behalf. They outlined in detail all of the costs, financing options, and discounts in their quote and did not pressure me to buy the truck. If I had to make up a quote for the people at Knopf Dodge it would be, "A little honesty sells itself." Four days later we picked up the truck. It took 15 minutes to sign all of the paperwork and go over the features of the truck. It looked so good as they had detailed the truck inside and out. The truck has had no problems to this date. I have returned to Knopf Dodge for oil changes, and accessory parts. The folks in the parts and service department are super friendly and helpful. I have really enjoyed the Knopf Dodge experience. This truck was my first Dodge but may not be my last Chrysler product because of the quality of the truck and the people at Knopf Dodge.
