Took two days before they look at the car. The engine repair took two weeks. Charged me for extra even though it was under warranty. Service rep. not responsive. Changed the price from $196 to $796 on my credit card charge.

I went in and they helped me find what I was looking for. They gave me a great deal and made the process very easy. So far the service has been great.

its a shame Ford or GM do not deal in Dodge. Let me explain, I love the looks of Dodge trucks, but, the dealerships and service departments, well lets say, they should hire responsible people, not the kind that treats your new vehicle like a piece of crap, every time I bought a new vehicle from Lancaster Dodge, the service dept. damaged my vehicle!!! then to have a service manager try to deny that it happened at the dealership,basically calling the customer is liar,this does nothing more than ad fuel to the fire, I think they try to get you pissed so you lose your cool, and make you look like the idiot. If you plan on purchasing a new dodge, and live in the Lancaster area, do your self a favor, try another dodge dealer! Trust me you won't be sorry. Think before you buy any kind of vehicle from Lancaster dodge, or at least do your own maintenance, or you will be sorry

Sales=Fair, Service=Avoid, this is the third new vehicle I bought from Lancaster dodge, each and every time I get service done they damage my vehicle the service team at Lancaster dodge has got to be the worst. They are not careful with your investment once they sell you the vehicle. Also this time I got taken on the deal, I bought a 03 2500 ram with a hemi, awesome truck! it was the dealers demo, and had some options put on it how ever I was not supposed to be charged for them, and the way dealers and sales men practice they know you are excited about your new vehicle and just want to get out of there the hid the options in the price, my fault for not catching it, but it will not happen again! as of the service I think I would rather have a bunch of monkey's work on it, they'd be more careful with your vehicle than Lancaster dodge. I would really check around at other dodge dealers before I would deal with Lancaster dodge!
