I went to Laurel Valley with a problem with leaf springs on a 2005 Dodge Ram that I never had anything in the back of it till the last few weeks and spring broke they refuse to fixed it sent me to another place I had it fix now two weeks later its broke on both side and because of Laurel valley sending me someone else they now refuse to fix my truck and I feel it isn't right because they say they not mopar parts. I will never buy another truck for laurel valley again. It isn't right they are doing this because I'm a single female who they feel they can push around. They liked my money when i was spending it to buy a new dodge no they refuse to help me and it isn't right at all. Springs should not break on a new dodge truck that easy just for having a lawn mower in the back of my truck it's bulls***. Laurel Valley Dodge shouldn't be allowed to sell trucks if there not going to service them and treat people with respect. I will never have my truck serviced there again.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid, Parts=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I purchased a new Ram 1500 in 1996 from this dealer, I had a problem with the automatic transmission bussing when I put it in reverse. I had their service dept. look at it three times. [didn't repair] The last time they gave the truck back to me 4 quarts low on transmission fluid. When I called to let them know this may have compromised the life of the transmission the service person was rude. I took my truck to Ligonier Chrysler and they fixed the problem the first time. I called the manager at Laurel Motors to express my concern for the transmission, he never called me back. To add to this story I just purchased a 2004 Dodge Dakota, so I stopped at Laurel Motors to get pricing. That same manager was still there. They gave my wife and I high pressure to buy that day. We were tag teamed by the bald headed manager and the salesman. We left w/o purchasing there. Will never go back there.
I like Chrysler Products, and have had good luck with there products. If you like high sales pressure and poor service go to Laurel Motors.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
I've purchased several vehicles, both new and used, from Laurel Valley Motors. On each occasion, the sales person treated us like gold and gave us a fantastic deal. In fact, I've recommended Laurel Valley to my friends and family who've purchased vehicles here. Great place to do business and very helpful, experienced sales and service staff. I drive from Pittsburgh to Latrobe because these people make the 1 hour drive worthwhile!

Ordered a 2001 2500 on Feb 18'th. Signed papers and had a concrete deal. Went in ten weeks later to give them our trade-in as prearranged,even though the new truck may not be in for months yet. We were told to go home that they did not want our business. They stated that they were not making money on the deal and actually suggested that we go buy a ford or chevy!! Incredibly rude sales manager, by the way, this is a five star dealer!!! I can't believe that I had signed papers to spend over 30,000.00 and was treated this way by Laurel Valley Dodge Latrobe Pa
