received a coupon for 29.99 oil change for V10 went in.. had it performed was told it will be more money because its synthetic.. i ok'd that its not a problem...
the next day.. as i washed the truck which is a special edition SRT-10 both front rims have scuffs in them
its obvious the mechanic rammed the lift with the wheels, when i notified the dealer i was told NOWAY that wouldn't have happened its impossible..
i was basically told there not responsible.. mike lieberth is just as bad, i own my own buisness.. my customers come first
i believe he needs to realize this.. as the previous owner of much more expensive cars than this.. and anyone can attest to how clean i keep my vehicles i did not ram my both my wheels against a curb ...
i would be VERY VERY cautious of this dealership an there practices...
my viper sale will definitely NOT come from that dealership..
