I purchased a used vehicle and was told that I would be provided with the remote for the power door and keyless entry.
I called and was told that if I was owed anything it would be on a due slip. I never asked for a due slip nor was aware that they existed. The person I spoke with was named Lennon and he promised to have a manager contact me after stating that the sales rep. no longer worked there and I needed to take this up with him. Well that person "Chad" was not my salesman his name was Brian Pamula. I asked them to look around and see if the remote was sitting in a box somewhere and to have Ben Sherman the manager give me a call. After a few hours I call back and the office manager Megan answered the phone and supposedly Mr. Sherman was not available and promised to have him call me. Well I filed a complaint with the BBB and will follow up with a complaint to the Pa state board of Manufacturers Dealers and Salespersons.
The funny thing is....I bought a Pontiac MiniVan at a Dodge Dealer....They didn't even try to get me into a caravan!!! A 10,000 vehicle purchased by myself, and an empty promise of a 50 dollar remote...equalls I will NEVER recommend these people or do business here again.

Since under New Ownership and Management, the service, sales and parts departments have completely turned around for the customer's benefit! Great Job! I will continue to go there and recommend McKay Swift to all my family and friends.

The Sales department was excellent. I Was given a great price on a 2003 Ram, barely had to fight for the price, got us out in under an hour. These guys at Mckay Swift are a great bunch of people, refreshing to find in this day and age.

Their salesmen will do whatever it takes to scam you before you know what hit you. I took my truck in to be serviced for the same problem three times before they got it right. Avoid them like the Plague!
