Well, their used car salesman Tony sold me a Mitsubishi Lancer Rally Edition.
The Kelly Blue Book value is approximately $10,000 in excellent condition at
the mileage I have. They sold it to me for $12,000. That's $2,000 over the actual
value of the car not to mention the interest I will be paying on this lemon.
The car was not cleaned when it was given to me. The dust from the prior owner
is still there. In two weeks, the car has failed to turn over twice. The brakes
make a horrible grinding sound and the car rumbles at high speeds. Not to mention
I found out I had a family of spiders living in it. They also told me that in
exchange for their business, they would get me insurance at a lower rate. They
didn't. Sadly, I should have gotten that in writing, thus that is poo-poo on
me. They are scam artists and look at their inventory for used cars and then
pull up Kelly Blue Book. They will swindle you too. If I have any ability to,
I would take them to court. Worst purchase I ever made. AND further more, my
friend's mother called on my behalf, posing as my aunt. The manager of the used
car department gave her ALL of my credit information and I never gave her my
SS# or any info on my credit. I found this out through her when she asked me
to inform her on my credit situation. I was horribly embarrassed. Please avoid.
I am terribly disappointed in them. I think that Tony and the used car department
are the epitome of disgusting and full of lies.

Will not go back to Micks for any repairs and maybe not to purchase because
of it. My family has purchased approx 10 vehicles from them and non of them
will be taking anything back to Micks...Seems loyalty means NOTHING to them.
They install repair parts but do not call to let you know something was wrong
and you are stuck with the bill. Never seem to be able to do the job because
of parts or they can't find the problem you came in with. I had a recall and
waited about 1 month to call so they would have time to get the part, I even
called. However when I went to pick the vehicle up they said they needed to
order the part My service had no idea what was going on and actually lied about
what was talked about when I talked to the service manager
Don't go to Micks for Repairs
