I purchase a 2008 Dodge Ram SLT. I must say it was a great experience. Steve Gregio the used car sales manager was great and very honest with me and gave me a fair price. I must say Mick’s dodge is a place to get a great car or truck they have a big selection of what ever you are looking for. Very happy

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor, Parts=Poor, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
My husband and I went in there looking for TWO newer vehicles. We both wanted a Hemi, and needed something with a little more room, as we were expecting in just a few months. My husband's requests were simple: Hemi, 1500, quad cab, a dark color NO RED or WHITE, 4x4, with basic power interior. They had my Durango on the lot. The said that they could get my husband his truck within a week. They even wrote down what they would sell it to him for, because it sounded too good to be true. (and it was!) I was promised that the seat belt covers would be replaced, the parts would be in in a week, and they would detail it then. Supposedly, it was fresh on the lot. I was also supposed to get floor mats. This was in January... We went back in a week later, and they were so excited to show my husband "his truck". Sure enough this was a dark red, 1500 quad cab TWO WHEEL DRIVE! Power NOTHING! When we said to the sales man that this was not what we were looking for, he went to the back to talk to the sales manager. His response..."Tell him to take the F*cking Hemi out of the G*D* Durango if he wants a f*cking Hemi so bad! We walked out on the spot! It took me until MARCH to get my floor mats and seat belt cover, they screwed me out of the 2 head sets that come standard with the Limited, and my windshield wipers have had to be repaired 4 times. I would not send my worst enemy there!
My dad has a body shop, so I grew up respecting cars -especially other people's, and you don't leave grease on the steering wheel, you don't get in the car without a seat cover and floor mats, and you wipe up whatever mess you make! I had to clean my own car when they were done!
I love my Dodge, but I will NEVER go to Mick's again! My husband ended up going to Burgender, and they've treated us incredibly well!

I have a 2002 Dodge Durango with a 4.6 liter V8, I took it to the dealer to have the transmission fluid flushed and filter and fluid replaced, they quoted $125 for this. When they called the next morning, they said there was a leak at the pan that they would have to fix to do the change, and it would cost $278 to do this. I've NEVER seen any sign of any kind of fluid under my Durango and it's parked in the same spot every day. I ask the "service advisor" if I should see some fluid/oil where the truck is parked and he says "absolutely", when I tell him I've never EVER seen any, he back peddles and says it might only be leaking while driving...Right. There's also no sign on the bottom of the vehicle either, I've changed my own oil and done all of that kind of thing and never seen anything to warn me of a problem or leak. Then they call and say it's done and the total is $329.90, which is $32.44 more than what it should be, I'm just paying it and NEVER going back. I've told them this and of course they claim it's none of their doing that the fluid is leaking, I say it is. Oh well, lesson learned. NEVER EVER go to Mick's for service. I'll never buy a vehicle there again either, just because of this, and their sales dept was ok with me.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor (Avoid assigned based on report), Parts=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
i have a 1997 ram 2500/cummins. it is not in warranty anymore but i took it to mick's for a mysterious major engine oil leak, ball joint replacement and alignment, and recall work. first off, big mistake! i replaced the front cover gaskets myself and crank seal 6 mos before this service and when i started using /losing a lot of engine oil, of course it is where i started-perfect and dry. they insisted these were the culprit and i figured what the heck , i'll let them rechange the parts - when it still leaks, i'll get a refund on all work involved with that. -big mistake - i ate the whole cost in the end! they were going to do the alignment - i figured they should know better than anyone how to align it-wrong! when they went to do the alignment, they insisted i have bad ball joints - it was just inspected by a very competent mechanic 1 month before (he found my worn out unitized hub bearings and replaced them - i think he would've had no trouble spotting those!). so, like a fool, i said ok and paid dealer parts prices for the parts and labor. when i got it back, it had a hard pull to the right and was now leaking about 1 gallon of oil every 300 miles (instead of every 500 miles). i called and demanded they rectify this asap. they put me in a pos loaner and called me two days later and insisted id have to now pay them $700 to open up the bottom end of my engine cause ""my piston cooling nozzles must be plugged and causing oil to be blown out of the vent hose". they insisted that since the first repair didn't help the leak, they were charging only 700 instead of 1000 dollars to "inspect" my internal engine. and, that the ultimate bill would be around 2000 overall!!! at that point, i realized just how poorly trained their mechanics and service managers must be trained on the cummins (which is a pure shame since 75% of all rams have the cummins!). i realized that i really was "taken" on the ball joints and gasket work - not to mention it pulls off the road "right now" any time the steering is released on any road angle after the alignment. i immediately called cummins in harmarville, pa and spoke with them - describing all events in full detail and they said "there is absolutely no truth behind any of that info that the dealer was trying to feed me for the engine teardown". i immediately called the dealer and demanded a refund in full since i believed my ball joints were probably good (especially after a fresh inspection from a real mechanic), the seals in the front which i already replaced myself were still good, the alignment is horrible, and i believe they are not competent to touch anything but a 225 slant 6! they refused and insisted i bring it back in for another look - i refused. i demanded to speak with "quick mick" the owner. he called me 2 weeks after i left him 3 messages on his voice mail. i explained to him in full detail (did this 2 times already on his voice mail) and he tried to tell me he was having reception problems and couldn't hear me - could i call back. i did and every time he was "unavailable" and now doesn't return any calls. this whole episode cost me 650.00 would've cost me over 2600. or more. ( by the way, the first call to cummins properly diagnosed it over the phone. they said it was probably just bad turbo seals and probably forcing boost pressure into the crankcase and forcing oil out of the road draft tube.) i immediately took the truck to cummins where they had all of the training, knowledge, and tools that dodge is too cheap to provide and did the job right -- the first time! they charged me 200. for the diagnosis-which involved several tests (die tests, manometer test, etc). i ordered the turbo myself to save money and installed it myself to save money and the problem was immediately fixed!imagine that! all of that with out paying mick's a grand to "look inside my engine". i will buy chryslers - never , ever from mick's. i will use chrysler dealers-never, ever mick's. i wouldn't go back to them if they were giving me a free vehicle!! now, I'm figuring out how to get my money back.
i also have a friend and a relative who have had bad service department experiences from the same company(mick's). he has a couple of large locations but i believe he has absolutely no customer appreciation! when it comes down to it, mick himself has no care for his customers quality if care. i believe he should have offered to pay for the new turbo which equaled the price of what i got "conned" out of by his "service professionals".

My first experience with Mick's was great. I really felt they valued both me as a potential consumer and a long-term buyer.
Give them a try!

went in to buy a USED truck and was told the bank would not give a loan for a USED vehicle. We went outside and the salesman said this is your new vehicle. I did not choose it. . .I had no choice . They said "you have not choice it is either this or nothing." When I signed the papers the salesman told me one of the papers said that if i were not able to make a payment because of illness or loss of income, I would be covered. When I got it insured I found that There was NO bank involved Just Daimler Chrysler and Myself. I have had nothing but problems with this vehicle... it has been repaired several times and there is always something wrong with it The first time I took it in for an engine light They told me that I had been four wheeling in it I told them that I was on a job site and ran over a puddle that was unexpectedly deep, they didn't believe me and I ended up paying $218 and some cents in order to get my truck back. Since the last repair, someone struck my vehicle, did major damage to it and I was out of work for a month. In that time I started to get Threats from Daimler Chrysler. When I had this accident I found that those papers that covered me did not exist. Now I have two days to come up with $400 give or take to keep my truck. Since there is no possible way. . .They are repossessing it. In a pre-emptive strike (so to say) I am taking it back to Mick's Dodge and am going to lose my job, My house and "life". I advise vehemently to those looking to buy a dodge NEVER to go to Mick's Dodge.
P.S. The AC never worked right. Plus there was no spare tire! Although to their credit they were kind enough to give a spare rim! When I made them aware of this they had the audacity to say I took it off!
