we bought a 2000 concorde, new, agreed on a payment and a 54 month lease, but at the end of my term, i found out it was a 75 month lease. i did not read the fine print, but i know what we shook hands on. i took there word it was a 54 month lease, and i signed the papers. i never thought a big car dealership would pull a bate and switch on me.
i would like that dealership to take the cost, not me, or i would never recommend or deal with them and i will tell my story to everyone. after all, word of mouth is my best defense.

Another one get bitten by fast talk. Learn from this unfortunate persons experience. ALWAYS read your contract before you sign. It doesn't matter what you hear, the true terms of the sale or lease are in the contract. Sometimes the contracts are very hard to read, but you have to make sure that you read and understand everything.  Dave F.

I would never buy from this dealership again. They lied, they did whatever they felt was good for them, not the customer. I bought a 2003 Caravan from them, after leasing a 2000 caravan in 2000. They told me that they would trade my VAn for the new one. When my wife went to pick up the new vehicle. See was told that it was better to turn my lease in and buy the new van, not a trade in. We were told don't worry you will only have to pay for mileage over the lease agreement. To cut it short this is in Chryslers lawyers hands currently. Mileage was only 2100 to 2200 dollars due. I got a bill for close to $6000.00, it will go to court. This could have been avoided if the dealer did not pull a fast one on my wife. Avoid this dealership at all cost!!!!!!

Comments do not match "fair" rating IMO  Dave F.

Sales=Fair, Service=Fair,
I have a 2000 Dodge Intrepid. I had a right strut tower replaced under warranty on 12-13. The car needed an alignment after the strut was installed. Although the staff was accommodating the car after two trips to the service department has not been properly aligned. For some unknown reason not explained to me, they have not or cannot center the steering wheel so that when the car goes down the road I have to hold the steering wheel at an odd angle to make the car go in a straight line. Either the equipment used to perform the alignment is off or the way the alignment is being done is incorrect. MY time is valuable and for me to make a fourth trip to the dealership for the same reason not knowing if the problem will be addressed properly is out of the question.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Poor,
My husband and I bought a 99 Dodge Durango, while deciding whether to buy or not, we were made to feel that if it wasn't purchased that night, they were going to sell to someone the owner knew. We decided to purchase the truck, but couldn't get our plates for it because they didn't have the title available. Apparently the guy that they said wanted the truck had the title. We had to go back like 3 -4 times to sign papers and each time, we went in, the title still wasn't in there store. We had also come to find out that it had been through 4 owners already. But we thought that there couldn't be anything wrong, it was a 99 with 48,000 miles!! Well, we have had nothing but trouble with this truck. It is falling apart in the 5 months that we have owned it. We have been through the service department more times that my 1985 Chrysler has been in the 6 years that I have owned it! The brakes squeal at such a hit pitch that it is unbearable. Not to mention the noise in the rear end when you are turning to the right backing up. The sales man that sold us the car told us that they just put new brakes on, but they couldn't have. To this day, they refuse to replace these pads. We also had the rear end noise looked at and was told that all Durango's do that???? We test drove many Durango's and not one of them did this, even after we were told this bull, we test drove quite a few Durango's and again, not one of them did this. We have had brake sensors replaced, the engine manifold gasket replaced - we were using oil like crazy, we have had to replace the battery, the front end is coming apart, and I don't want to know what else is going to happen. When the truck was purchased, we asked for a front to back warranty, to my surprise, when the truck was in for the front end, they were telling me NOTHING was covered. To my surprise, I found out that we only had a powertrain warranty!! I never wanted a new car and I will never buy one again! -- From any dealership!!! Monroeville Dodge sells Lemons at very high, non negotiable prices!!

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
My truck is 7 months old and has 6000 miles on it. I had it in for service 4 months after we bought it for the air conditioner. They replaced the compressor at that time and it was fine. Here it is 3 months later and the same problem is occurring. Because I am a warranty customer they are treating me like the plague. They told me they couldn't take my vehicle for at least a week. I called back a while later and told them I needed an appointment for an out of warranty vehicle and they told me they could take it right away. I was told by one of the people in the service dept. told me that Dodge's warranty program doesn't pay them very much. I guess this is like this everywhere else. I will NEVER by a Dodge vehicle ever again! This is ridiculous. My other vehicle is a GM, I never had any problems getting service on that one.

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
The run around that we had during the period of trying to finance us was unreal. It took them over 1 week to get us financed. What a bunch of s##t!
