I had the most pleasant experience at Murray. They treated me like a king even though my credit is not good the got me a good interest rate and I drove off in a brand new ram 1500 quad cab. The sales rep john treated me to a soda and bag of chips while we were waiting for me too get approved. The professional courtesy that I received was sensational and I will highly recommend Murray to everyone looking for a dodge or pre-owned vehicle.
Thank you for making my experience a great one.

After regular visits to the service department, I found another, better Dodge dealer. After spending several hundred on a tranny problem, and not getting the problem fixed, it raised the caution flag. I repeated this (pay lotsa $$, problem not fixed) two more times (brakes, and then lots of small stuff on an inspection), I finally gave up on 'em.
On top of all this, the waiting area in their service department is a small, grungy, cramped room. Everyone sits there all cramped up waiting, it used to remind me of a soviet-era bread line you see in the movies.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I ordered a '00 Ram QC, 4x4, off road, loaded from Murray Dodge. First...My conscience told me not to buy from them but they gave me the best price...so I thought. Basically they lied about the sticker price of the truck so it seemed like I got a good deal. However when my truck did come in, the actual price on the sticker was $2000 more than what they told me. Essentially, I paid the sticker price for the truck. Fought it tooth and nail, probably not enough since nothing happened. Second...the salesperson/people know nothing about Rams. When I asked them questions regarding options they had no idea, even though I knew the answer I wanted to see how much they really knew. I asked them questions so simple that they could have gone to the dodge website for the answer. Third...service down right sucks. I had my truck in numerous time for them to fix a knocking in the rear. Three times it was there and they couldn't fix it. All it took was to pull the rear wheel and brake drum off to notice that the wheel bearings were shot. An afternoon in the garage with help from some friends cured it. There are plenty of other dealerships in the Phila suburbs besides Murray with better sales and service.
