My first time dealing with a Five Star Dealership SUCKED, I brought a used 1999 Pontiac Boniville from this dealership and I paid cash for the car 9000.00 after two weeks 0f driving it , the started to throw a check engine lite!, and started to lose coolant as well, according to their lot warranty which is 45 days 1500 miles the coolant did not fall under this warranty!,as well they sent me to Rick Bokmans in Olean NY to have a two hour runaround session that they only did was clear the computer and proceed to tell me if it happens again to bring the car over to them! On my way home the car again threw a check engine lite, so I took the car back down to Baucshard Dodge, and blew a gasket on them, to my surprise, this was friday of last week, they said they would look into it, after three attempts finally some progress, but now they still won't do a pressure check on the coolant, and my car is going to be their until thursday or friday they say to fix the tranny problem. I also asked for a car to drive but they said to me they did not have anything for me!!!!,all I want is my money back or my car fixed without any hassles, my car has been sitting outside sense friday of last week,and as 12 noon today they were still waiting to see if the warranty would cover the work this is bullshit!!!!, I would like something done about this ASAP!!, my phone number is 363/9042 , I also have filed another complaint as well!, I thought this was A five star dealership!!
