you explain your problem and what you would like to be done. and they don't do this or even check it out. for example i am a ASE certified tech. i even gave them the tsb's i wanted done. (the only reason I am having them do this is its under warranty) I checked out the problem following the tsb, and it had these exact problems to the tee. you leave your vehicle with them at 8am and they say be back at 1pm and they don't do anything with it they say there's no problem there is no oil leaking from the intake well there wouldn't be since it is internal. they proceed to tell me that dodge doesn't have this problem even after giving them the tsb. so either they don't need the work or money or just stupid. even if the warranty didn't cover it they were given the ok to do what ever it needed to be fixed.

I have bought many cars from Kingston Dodge aka Pompey Dodge and recently I met the current GM (Glen I think) and let me say I will never walk through the doors of that dealership again. Absolutely repulsive.
