Had truck towed in 2 weeks ago dead would not start but yet battery had a full
charge. Preston's determined it was the ecm and replaced it $601 plus change.
Less than 2 weeks later truck dead again same issue would not start smoke coming
from top of battery just had them put a new battery in and seems fine. ? is
was the computer really bad or battery this whole time. Had old battery tested
where I purchased it and it tested fine Prestons said it had a short in it.
Only way I am going back is when the truck wont start again and I have it towed
and I push it through there service bay doors Very steep hill leading down to
service.

I first went to preston dodge in Beaver Falls, just to look because I knew sooner
or later I was going to be shopping for a new car with in a next 6 to 7 months.
The sales man was very aggressive and maybe because that is part of his job.
So that Kind of frightened me away. But they had the car I just had to have
and damn if they did not get it financed for me, it is a little expensive but
it's what I wanted so they did a real good job of getting me what I wanted.
He comes the problem, My air-conditioning unit went out about a month after
I purchased the vehicle, I bought the care july 1st and here it is august and
I'm burning the hell up in a car with leather seats no air, I called the service
dept. and they did not have an opening for at least a week. so I had to wait
a week before they could even look at my car. once my car went in for service
I had to drop it off no problem I thought I could shop for an hour and go pick
my care up. No deal, it was all day and by the time I received my car the air
still did not work. So I was pretty upset So I called the service dept. again
because my AC still don't work it took another week before they could look at
it, and this time when It went to service it took two day to finish They offered
a loan car but it was filthy and had a real bad odor. the next day I went top
pick up my car It was just as filthy, there were blood stains on the arm rest
and passenger seat, I guess the mechanic got cut and dripped blood every where
it was really nasty. The leather seats were oil invested and so was the carpet.
It was no way the way I left my car. and the bad thing is My AC was fixed but
now it draining in the front of the vehicle, Yes I have about two inches of
water in the front passenger and driver side of the car. what type of service
is that. This is still an ongoing situation with them and I hope they can resolve
it soon because I really like the car But I will return it if I cant get It
replace with something of equal value. Troy

I went there to try to purchase a vehicle and the dealer said he would call
me the next day and no one ever called me so I had to call them and they said
we haven't heard anything which was a lie it went on for about three days until
I asked to talk to a manager he wanted me to put more money down for the vehicle
which I didn't have so he transferred me to the finance manager and he said
he would run more figures and get back to me so when I called him back he said
still didn't hear anything and he said he would call me back but that never
happened I had to call him back and when I did he said there is nothing we can
do for you so after that I said I will tell everyone I know not to buy from
them because the have very bad customer service so buyer beware of this dealership.
I wish they would just give people the chance instead of writing people off
because we are the ones that keep them in business

Jon Hall has gone above and beyond in making my five star dealership service
worth while in which I was nervous about getting a dodge, but due to the service
and warranty and extra perks, i have been putting the word out there for other
friends and family members to consider them if they are looking for another
vehicle and i will definitely go there again for my next purchase unless it
is something they do not carry at all, but i am sold on doing business with
them in the future.

False advertising!--dealer admitted that they sent the mailings with such great
offers because "you gotta bring people in the door", and that the
"ad says a lot of things, it also has a lot of fine print", and "we're
not here to give it away." We took in for trade a car we had purchased
less than a month earlier. Mail ad said that the dealership would give 20% or
up to $4,000 over NADA value for your trade-in. Our NADA book value was listed
ON THEIR WEB SITE as $19,995. Including the 20% they were guaranteeing, they
should have given us almost $24,000 on our trade. They offered $15,000 TOTAL!
and said that was the best they would do. After the issue was settled (very
settled!) we asked that they return our original mailing (as you might suspect
we wished to use it to support our side when speaking with Consumer Affairs),
they said they had thrown it all away, and would not return it. Avoid this dealership
like the plague; they are as dishonest as the day is long!

Had my jeep serviced for a problem with it stalling.Paid for repairs.Got to
first stop light car stalled and would not start. after several hundred bucks
an several visits later jeep still has the same problem. Several attempts were
made to locate information in a technical service bulletin in regards to jeep
stalling they would not provide information.When i call i am transferred to
parts or service dept. where they pick up the phone and hang up.4 times in a
row today 4/8/04. I would not consider using this dealer ever again. I will
buy a horse first.

I went to the dealership just looking, and ended up buying a car. I was very
satisfied with dealer. Salesman very nice and upbeat. I would recommend going
through this dealership again!!!

I just wanted to buy a car I was told I would be called the next morning and
be given some numbers nobody call so that afternoon I called the salesman and
was told he didn't have time to check on anything because he had customers there
that were buying cars. I called back and asked for a new salesman he said he
would call back in a hour over three hours later I called back and was told
there was nobody to talk to everybody was busy I asked to speak with a manager
they were also all busy. The receptionist said I should just come in because
no one will pick up the phones and they all ignore their pages. Also they ran
my credit check twice once with my ok and once without me even knowing about
it and every time someone runs your credit it takes your credit score down a
few points. Now when I go to another dealer I'll have to have it run for a third
time. Everything seemed ok with my salesman until I didn't want a 430.00 a month
payment. So if you want good service! s steer clear of Preston on RT 51 in chippewa!

Come see this truck...Oh it's not exactly the kind you were looking for but
how about it......Fired!...don't waste my time. If you don't have what I'm looking
for, find it or leave me alone. Collision cosmetics were great, internal problems
not fixed after 2 attempts - they are fired! Other dealership found problem
first time.

Well we just bought our second Jeep from Preston and once again it was a great
transaction. Our first Jeep was totaled because of a drunk driver. And with
the service we received on our first Jeep I knew that we would never go any
where else. Our first Jeep was 100% serviced and repaired at this dealer and
other than a few minor problems with the service department all our dealings
were great (all the minor problems were always taken care of to our 100% satisfaction).
And when our first Jeep was at the collision center the service there was great
as well. So if you are looking for a dealership that goes the extra mile you
might want to check them out. There is a little experience that I have to tell
you about to show you how well I feel that they do business, We looked at the
Jeep Thursday night (they close at 9:00 and stayed till 9:25 with us), we went
Friday to sign the papers and well someone hit the plastic bumper. They never
tried to bulls_it us all they wanted to know was when we could bring it back
for the new bumper to be installed or if we wanted to look at another Jeep.
We don't think that there is a better dealer ship out there. And if you don't
believe us then check them out for yourself.
