Very poor warranty work on Dodge vehicles. Give blow off answers to customer concerns and really do not understand mechanics of the vehicles at a professional level. Father-in-Law bought truck from them a couple of months ago..they really did NOT give him any great deals... If this is a sign of modern technology and hiring uninformed personnel, then it is the overall system to be blamed...but if it is the dealership getting what they pay for!! Then they will lose some business, at least the intelligent type of person.

I just got the Dodge back from the shop yesterday. I had 2 TSBs addressed. Both seemed to fix their respective problems. I also had a new steering box put on. Preston Dodge provided the (warranty) service, and were very accommodating
