Great service department. Great sales department. The are very REAL people, up front and honest. Stop by and see for yourself. I have been dealing there for years and highly recommend others. As to the negative feedback from others? There are TWO sides to a story.
Great truck, I use it as a truck and it serves all purposes.

I can't imagine anybody had a difficult time with this dealership. I've purchased a lot of vehicles and this was the smoothest buying experience I've had. The salesman was very straightforward, didn't put a lot of pressure on me and went the extra mile to dealer locate the truck I wanted. No other dealer within a 50-mile radius (no exaggeration) could find the truck I wanted. Only Providence Dodge went through the work to find it.
When I had a post-delivery problem that I was having a difficult time getting corrected through a local dealer and through Chrysler Corp - the Service Dept. at Providence stepped in an took care of it right away.
I highly recommend this dealership. It’s worth the trip to Quarryville. I drove from Newark, DE (40 miles) and would do so again

Prices on vehicles go up as paperwork gets closer to completion. Used vehicles have hidden problems, yet appearance may be wonderful. They do not stand behind their word....AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
