Bought 2000 Grand Caravan in Aug 2000. Salesman was very professional and I got a GREAT DEAL - about 4000 under invoice. Since then he left, so I don't know what the others are like, but I would visit again. One word of caution - the guy in the back room who tried to sell us the warranties and other stuff completely ignored me (a woman) and spoke only to my husband as if I wasn't even in the room. This car was for me, so that was especially annoying. But we didn't spend much time with him, so I'd try them again. Returned for routine maintenance and this was a pleasant experience also. Would definitely recommend.

Service dept. avoids doing anything they don't have to by see that not under warranty but I can tell you where to go to get it fixed.
