I found a used Dakota there that was the only one like it in the area. The salesman first quoted me a price that was $2000.00 over what was listed on their own website for the same vehicle. Reluctantly, I bought it there because I really wanted the truck, but only after much haggling and very pushy staff, but got my price. When the check engine light came on months later (my personal mechanic advised it came on because the coolant was low and all else was fine), I took it in and tested them playing real dumb. They listed over $500.00 of urgent repairs including a tune up because the engine was misfiring and many other things. I topped the coolant off and haven't had a problem since. Great truck, the dealer will steal the fillings out of your teeth if you let them.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes,
My car was serviced here and the service was awful. Quotes for a trade in from the sales dept were very very low. Many broken promises and finger pointing. No service available on weekends. Won't buy here again.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know,
I had a terrible experience with this dealership. They operate under the stereotypical car dealership code of ethics. The salesman was very pushy and they made we wait for forever in the showroom while they "calculated the numbers" only to come back with one of the worst prices I had been offered.
When I walked out the salesman actually followed me out to the parking lot. He still didn't get the point because he called me several times over the next week. When I finally told him I bought the truck from another dealership he went into a speech about how they could have given me a better deal (he said this despite the fact that I didn't tell him how much I paid at the other dealer). Save some time and money. Shop somewhere else.

Sales=Excellent, Service=Excellent,
over all the best experience I ever had at any repair shop. Sales people are always friendly.

Sales=Poor, Service=Avoid,
I've purchased three vehicles from this dealership,the last vehicle was a truck which has the same unresolved problem, which they cannot seem to fix, when I went to pick up my truck from a wasted service repair (the replacement part failed two days later), there was a large dent on my truck. I am very displeased with this dealership.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Excellent,
Sales will rip you, your mother and children. Service has been ex. Sales will rip your life style. Do not let them to spot you go shopping. No more to say.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Good,
Went three times to see a used Ram conversion van, after being promised by phone each time that it was available. Each time the "service department hadn't finished prepping it yet" in spite of the fact it had been advertised in the local paper for at least 7 days before the first time I called. And, then what do you think? Turns out that they were having a SALE on NEW conversion vans! I found one I liked and drove it off the lot the night of the third visit. When I responded to Chrysler's customer survey with the same story above and said I thought it was unprofessional, I got a call at home from the Dealer reading me the riot act for complaining to Chrysler. How could I not like the dealer if I liked the vehicle and price? yada yada yada ! It was an totally unsatisfactory experience. By the way, the van is great... I love it. If someone else sells the same vehicle, go to them before coming to Raymond.

Dealership Rating:
Good sales department, good service
Fair sales, fair service
Conflicting or not enough information
Poor Service or Poor Sales Department
Avoid like the plague!!
Don't Know / No Experience
