this is my 3rd dodge from this dealership! in only less then 2 years. first 1999 dodge ram, left axle broke while i was driving, after many attempts to contact dealership, and had no luck, i contacted attorney general. well then finally mr carl reinhart called us and said he would put us in something reliable..well 6 weeks later he calls us up to come in. he had a jeep cherokee, another dodge! well it stayed in their shop most of the three months we had that! well after many times in shop, the doors started to fall off! well, he refused to fix a 2500 job! so once again he promised to put us in something safe. as of 04-21-2004 we have had a dodge ram 1500. it started off with them breaking the air conditioner trying to top it off! then a few weeks later the front axle was leaking,left side again,and we have a transmission leak also. it was there when we got the truck, but yet they refuse to fix it. and now, the od light is coming on, and the transmission light, and now today 09-19-2004 the check engine light keeps coming on! we have been trying to get this dealership to fix these problems since day one! now its months later and we are still fighting! we will not stop until they take responsibility for their defective autos!!! had 131000 miles when we got truck!
we love our truck, but we need it fixed! i will fight till this is done! and thank you for letting me get out some of my frustrations on your site! have a great day and god bless!
