Sales- When I bought my 2001 Ram1500 in 2000 new the sales department was very helpful. Since then the staff has changed and has gone to hell. I went in to buy a used 2001 Ram1500 last week and put a $1000 down it to hold it for a week till I could sign the papers. They agreed to hold it I went back 3 days later to find out that they sold it. They tried to tell me they found something wrong with it and they would not sell it out of their store. Today I found out that they did sell it and was told by the general manager that they would never hold a vehicle for a week even with money down. I asked to speak with the owner he said that he was in charge. I called dodge to file a complaint and found out that the man I had talked to was not the man in charge at ross park dodge. That was about the 5th time the dealership had lied to me. If you are smart you will never deal with Ross Park Dodge they are liars and can not be trusted. Stay far away.

Brought in for engine ping or knock with 10000 miles was told in writing could not be fixed had meeting with Daimler rep & service mgr. & arbitrator was told that the person making new chip too fix had a heart attack. Also blamed knock on bad gas. They wanted too pull heads off saying there was carbon build up. Didn't let them do that. Came in, let them pour something down cylinders, sat for 2 hours, didn't work. Time went by. Called if chip was avail. Was told they were trying to get a hold of me, the stuff they poured down cylinder was wrong stuff, wanted to try again. I said no. Lost arbitration was told truck was not in shop enough. Now I have 41000 miles and have to replace pinion bearing. Fogging and blistering in paint. And too sum this all up, I don't drive the truck my wife uses it.

Bought a new 2001 intrepid last may, my air never worked correctly, took in again in April. They said there was a hole in my compressor, would not fix unless I paid for it,( what about warranty) said it was my fault I had to run over something never ran over anything, the air didn't work correctly since I got the car. Very rude, still fighting w/Dodge and no air yet.
