Went to the lot on Sun. 8/22/04 looking at the inv. Found the truck we like the doors were unlock & the keys in it. Told the security guy & he took care of it. I can see this happening because when we bought a truck 2 years ago it took them 3 hrs. to prep. It then it sat outside we had to ask isn't that our truck my sister just went Thur the same thing 3 hr. Wait for prep. Talked to a salesman on Mon. 8/23/ about the unlock truck. He thought it was sold he never called me back. We went to the lot on 8/30 & the truck was still there, called the salesman Monday morning he was to call me right back I called him back a few hours later leaving a message he called me at night leaving a mess. I called Tues. Morning & went down. I never exp. such a cut & dry sales pitch. I was never shown the Kelly Blue Book fig. that he was going by & they never took my truck for an appr. I feel I was not given the facts or time to bargain with after all it looks like nobody at that lot is doing the job right !!!!!!!.

I gave them my vehicle for a part replacement on Wednesday night, it is now the following Tuesday and I still don't have my car back. They won't give me a loaner, and give me lots of unjustifiable excuses when I ask why the car isn't done yet.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
everything  they do takes twice as long as it should, a simple state inspection can take 2 days with no extra work done, changing a trans take 4 days IF they get the parts right.
