took vehicle to have inspected 2002 town and country the service department would not pass said front brakes were worn brakes were replaced $125.00 I have taken the old brakes to 3 different places and they have all told me that they were more than two times the thickness needed to pass.Also since my registration and inspection dates don't match I will have to get reinspected in 5 months so these brakes that were more than twice the thickness needed to pass were not good enough to make it 5 months. I would highly recommend not using this dealership for any of your needs there are plenty of better dodge dealerships out there NOT STOLTZ OF DUBOIS.

The service manager lied about a warranty item, wanted me to pay for it. I had to go through another dealership to prove that the item was covered under warranty. They also did work which I did not approve and tried to charge me for it.

The service department was very polite and courteous they got my vehicle in right away I did not have to wait long. The facility was very neat and clean.

Service department is horrible. They have no respect for their customers. I highly highly recommend avoiding them.

The service dept. shows no respect for others property i.e. my truck always comes back with grease smeared somewhere in the interior. The worst part is that it probably won't be fixed. I am almost scared to return to this dealer.
