Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
They knew dick about CTD and did not mention it. Made me loose my time and money, kept the truck for 2 days to have the disks turned and test drive the truck. They finally sent me to Cummins. The problem was a loose collar on the hose in between the intercooler and the turbo and was found by the Cummins people in 5 seconds and fixed in 30 seconds. I will never buy/repair there, ever.
