Got the run around again. Was told "they all do that, and it is normal. " Vehicle has an obvious problem, but they do not want to help because it is warranty work.
Very poor quality manufacturer and service facilities. Has been in the shop six times and only has 17k miles. I gave Dodge a chance and I am very disappointed. I will NOT buy another Dodge after this one. Dodge needs to hire Toyota engineers to design their vehicles.
