This dealership goes all out to make certain you are satisfied. If there is a problem they make certain they solve it. I drive 70 plus miles to this dealership when there are plenty around much closer. I have been dealing this then for over a decade now and will continue to do so.

Service at this place is the worst I have ever seen. Getting Elmwood Dodge to fix warranty is like pulling teeth and the service manager was the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my life. How do people like him get jobs? Elmwood Dodge service dpt. are animals

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
Service manager went out of his way to satisfy the customer. Everything was covered under warranty. They spared no expense. Of course my opinion might change when my warranty runs out. The service center has about 10 bays and are open till 8 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. That makes it convenient to those who work 9-5.

jeberhard[a]edgenet.net has a long tale of woe regarding the service dept.
