I had relocated from Ohio where my Durango was services 4 times for the same brake problem at Falls Dodge. Was never fixed. Arriving in Rhode Island, I had just passed the 12,000 mi brake warranty. The service group helped me to cover the repairs through Dodge. The service manager drove with me to verify the problem. After many claims in Ohio that it was normal, all repairs have been made and no problems for the first time after 10 months of aggravation. Great service dept.!
