We had taken my mothers 98 Dodge Ram for a heater core change. Upon picking up the vehicle, we discovered that the dash and steering wheel were scarred from the service. It was brought to the attention of the assistant service manager who acted disinterested. Later, we contacted the general service manager who agreed to repair some of the damage, but our steering wheel is scratched. They were very unprofessional about the whole issue. Would not go there again, we will go to Beadle Chrysler in Bowdle, a little farther to drive but worth it.
We attempted to buy a PT cruiser shortly after they were introduced. Attempted to work a deal for discount on PT along with a new Dodge Ram, Aberdeen Chrysler refused to budge, therefore lost both sales.
