Tracy Carrier with sales was excellent. This was by far my best vehicle purchase experience ever. No shell games, key hiding or manipulating....Just straight dealin'. I have always drove GM's in the past and have always left feeling like I got hosed in the long run.
Their service department has an exceptional diesel person. You know, the type of guy who probably eats,breaths and sleeps diesel in his off time. I received a coupon book for 14 free oil changes at purchase (that's a deal in it's own right!) and I've had the two recalls performed already (plus two (2) of the 14 free oil services). The truck was completed on time as promised. They also don't mind if you go into the shop and talk with the techs working on your truck. I just really hope this good experience continues!
If you're in the market for a Duramax or any other GM...Avoid Horton Chevrolet LIKE THE PLAGUE in Thomson, GA. Specifically their service department. It's the absolute WORST. It managed to throw me over to Dodge and I've never looked back! Thanks Horton!!
