Sales worked very hard to get me the deal i wanted on my new 3500 Ram Diesel. But the thing i wanted to say is that the service department was excellent. I though the truck was down on power and was leaving for a long trip towing my trailer. They worked on the truck and then the tech himself came over when i was picking it up and asked if i could go home and pull trailer to make sure it was right and if not he would stay late the following night to try to get it right. It is very seldom that you see a person that cares enough to go the extra mile. If you need service and have a Cummins I would highly recommend Monte Derousseau who was my advisor and Virgil Potter who was my tech.
