After finding the car I wanted, I had the salesman fax me the agreement to work. What I didn't know, was that the salesman and the manager of used cars had mixed up the two black neons. They sold me the newer car for the price of the neon which had more kilometers on it. You would think this was a good thing, except the salesman took it out on me, and when I went to pick up my new car, which I was so excited about, he had me shaking and in tears to the point, that I barely made it down the street to call my husband. My husband called to see what was going on, and the used care manager proceeded to tell my husband that he was in the backyard with his daughters who were fighting, and when the salesman called him to o.k the deal, the manager thought he was talking about the other black neon. I was only given 1 key for my car, never did receive the black travel mug with the chrysler symbol on it. An experience which was supposed to be exciting for me ( I work 2 jobs, and this was the first new car of my own, I call it new, because it only had 16,000kms on it when we bought it), was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. If I didn't like my car so much, I would never buy another Daimler Chrysler product again!!!!!!!!!!!!

AWESOME, never had a problem and if one does come up they are always more than happy to help you out. They go out of their way for the customers!!! AWESOME JOB!

I made a telephone call to the service Dept to ask one simple question (about the bolt circle diameter of the OEM 20" wheel) that no one could answer for me about the 2003 Dodge Ram truck. I was put on hold for about a total time of 20 minutes after which the woman on the telephone still could not answer my question!!! This person at Dodge city service dept. seems to be VERY inexperienced in the field that they are working in!! I also tried telephoning Dodge Auto Clearing in Saskatoon to ask the same question and the person on the telephone told me that she had no idea for my question and told me the foreman might be able to answer my question after he comes back from holidays.Some service department???
