NOTE:   Statements such as "they tell lies to old people" are not specific.
Required specifics: What lies did the dealership tell? When? By whom? To whom?
How did you try to resolve the problem? How did the dealership respond?
What do you consider to be a fair resolution of your problem with the dealership?

Due to justifiable dealership concerns about the abuse of anonymous survey reports, some dealership pages will require a contact procedure before a report is accepted. Those dealerships are clearly identified on their page.

Note: A dealership sales team is not bad because it will not sell you the car you want at your price. If you can get a better price elsewhere, by all means do so; that is what free enterprise is all about. Dealerships that do not answer questions, use high pressure tactics, gang up on customers, are adversarial, misrepresent the terms of a sale, use bait and switch tactics, or commit outright fraud are the ones I consider bad. Please do not confuse price with dealership quality when submitting these ratings. Please read your sales contract before you sign it; regardless of what you think you hear a sales person say, the true terms of the sale are in the contract.

Reports with no name and contact information will not be posted. If you click the post contact info "NO" buttons on the survey form, your name and email address will be suppressed when the information is posted, and the report will be archived for verification if a dealership questions the authenticity of the report. If you do not have email, please provide a phone number so that I can contact you if the dealership disputes your report (I will not contact you unless I need to verify a report, and I do not post or disclose phone numbers to anyone). If I can't reach you, a disputed report will be deleted.

Reports (good or bad) with contact information will stay if I can verify that the person submitting the report actually visited the dealership.

June 2009: Due to problems with the server that handles the survey forms, I have changed the submission process. To prevent a failure after someone has typed the information, the form is now located on a different server. If you click below to submit a report and get a 404 page not found error, try again later - the server may be temporarily down.
