  • Excellent = Honest, reliable, go extra mile. Never give up on a problem. Love this dealer!
  • Good = Honest, reliable, answer most questions, work hard to solve a problem. Would return to this dealer.
  • Fair = Not bad, but the experience was less than satisfactory. Would consider returning to this dealer.
  • Poor = Poor customer relations, appts unavailable or not kept, untrained staff, incompetence, bait and switch tactics, misrepresentation, etc. Would probably not return.
  • Avoid like the plague has been removed because it was being abused by people who rated a dealership "Avoid" across the board based on only one experience. If you think a dealership should be avoided, say why in your comments.
