Took 2004 Dodge Diesel Truck in for service. The service dept. ended up doing $20,000.00 worth of damage to the veh. in an incident they referred to as " the vehicle just ran away", (basically they could not get the vehicle to turn off and blew the motor. The fly wheel was thrown into the floorboard, damage to motor, transmission etc.. Alley's tried to put the liability on my insurance co., me and the gas company where I purchase my gas, but in no way would accept any responsibility, even though every one else involved believed the damage to the vehicle was done as a direct result of the service dept allowing the diesel engine to run that high RPM's without taking necessary precautions. While in their possession, my truck's stereo system, new wheels and tires were stolen (With no apparent break in). They want to put used wheels and tires on my truck that they totaled. Oh did I mention this was in August of 2006. This is now 12/08. They would not turn this into the daimler chrysler warranty we transferred, but when their rep inspected the veh it was "red flagged" so that the warranty we paid for is now worthless. Also, if we did get the vehicle repaired we can no longer even go thru a third party for warranty coverage because of comments the rep has listed on this vehicles VIN. And 2 1/2 years at the dealership I was told storage fee on veh is $115.00 per day. Threatening customers, paying to keep peoples mouth shut, having their attorneys tell clients how to file a lawsuit so the dealership's insurance would have to pay and bad mouthing other dealerships is not Honest and Reliable. The best thing that could happen to Alley's is for them to have to close their doors to keep them from raping other customers! Waiting for my Court date!

Excellent. Our experience with the folks at Alley's can not be outdone. They are just "tops" in all ways.
